Under Wage Order No. NCR-18, Php15.00 COLA was integrated into the Basic Wage effective January 1, 2014. The new daily NCR Minimum Wage rates are: Php466.00 (Php451.00 Basic Wage+Php15.00 COLA) for Non-Agriculture; and Php429.00 (Php414 Basic Wage+Php15.00 COLA) for four other types of establishments.
