Servicio Filipino, Inc. gets TCCLS

Malate, Manila – In a simple awarding ceremony held at the DOLE-NCR office today, Regional Director Alex V. Avila handed over to Gina Nicodemus, Human Resource and Development-Employee Relations Supervisor of Servicio Filipino, Inc. the Tripartite Certificate of Compliance with General Labor Standards (TCCLS).

Upon validation by the Tripartite Certification Committee (TCC), the manpower service provider was found to be compliant with general labor standards (GLS), and occupational safety and health standards (OSHS).

As a TCCLS recipient, the company is exempted from the Joint Assessment under the Labor Laws Compliance System (LLCS) for a period of three years. During the TCCLS’ validity period, Servico Pilipino is entitled to qualify for the Secretary’s Award and Tripartite Seal of Compliance; apply for the Child Labor-Free Establishment recognition; priority access to technical assistance and services of DOLE and its attached agencies; and entitlement to use the TCCLS in promotional activities and advertisement company’s products/services.

Servicio Pilipino is DOLE-NCR’s second TCCLS awardee for 2015 after it bestowed the same to Temps and Staffers, Inc. earlier during the year.

Accompanying Nicodemus during the awarding were Servico Filipino Bids and Contracts Officer Bessie S. Tacas and Payroll and Billing Supervisor Ma. Teresa M. General. DOLE-NCR OIC-Assistant Regional Director Atty. Koni Bacay was also in attendance.
